Jessica Barton-Davis is an associate in the Litigation department at Goodwin.

Jessica has experience in pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, pretrial proceedings, and arbitration. Some of her recent engagements include representing:

  • Companies defending securities class action lawsuits

  • Jessica also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing criminal defendants in state and federal court.

    Before joining Goodwin, Jessica clerked for Justice Elspeth Cypher of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and for Judge Eric Neyman of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
