Mark Beardsworth is a partner in Goodwin’s global Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. Mark conducts internal investigations for corporations, regulators and other business entities across a range of sectors. He regularly advises companies and their directors on risk and governance issues and helps clients to manage and avoid reputational and enforcement risk in a wide range of scenarios. He has also been involved in many of the major prosecutions brought by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), the Financial Conduct Authority, HM Revenue and Customs, and the Financial Reporting Council.
