Pairing a detail-oriented approach with deep technical knowledge, Jason structures and implements comprehensive estate plans to preserve and transfer wealth while minimizing estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax. He also advises fiduciaries on the administration of complex estates and trusts, including navigating the probate process, preparing federal and state estate tax returns, and counseling trustees on trust interpretation, trust modification, and the carrying out of their fiduciary duties.
Jason maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration and advising tax-exempt organizations on formation, governance matters, and applications for tax-exemption.
