Noga Benmor-Piltch is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Life Sciences group.Ms. Benmor-Piltch concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, routinely representing public and private companies on both the buy and sell side, as well as equity financings and venture capital, with an emphasis on emerging companies, and ongoing corporate matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Benmor-Piltch practiced as an associate at Herzog Fox & Neeman, where she advised a variety of public and private corporations, startup companies, private equity firms, and venture capital investors on a range of corporate and commercial matters.
