- Ares Management on the successful closing of a continuation vehicle and on the underlying sale of a Madrid-based PRS portfolio comprising 26 freehold assets and an internalised management platform with a combined c. €690 million gross asset value.
- Townsend Holdings LLC on the strategic partnership between Townsend Real Estate Capital Solutions IV Fund, its flagship secondaries and GP capital solutions fund, and Kadens Capital to co-invest in pan-European real estate opportunities.
- Fidera Vecta on the sale of a portfolio of Hoxton and Mama Shelter branded lifestyle hotels across the UK, the Netherlands, Italy, and Czech Republic to entities owned by Ares Management’s Real Estate Secondaries fund and Cedar Capital Partners.
- Frogmore, a UK-focused real estate investment and asset manager, on the sale of various Jersey entities owning three mixed-use blocks within the prestigious Notting Hill Gate estate for a total consideration of £150 million.
