Jonathan Berke

Jonathan Berke is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and member of its Private Equity group.

Mr. Berke represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in transactional and corporate matters, including platform structuring, platform and add-on acquisitions, recapitalizations and minority investments.

He also has experience representing start-ups and platform companies with corporate governance and other general matters.

Mr. Berke is admitted to practice in Virginia and New York only. His practice is supervised by D.C.-admitted lawyers at Goodwin.
