Rachel Berlin

Rachel Berlin is the Director, Transformation Program Management for Goodwin’s Global Operations team. In this role, Rachel works with the Chief Operating Officer to drive high-impact initiatives to shape the future of the firm. She identifies, plans and executes special projects that align with the firm’s strategic goals, working across departments to drive initiatives from conception to completion.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Rachel worked for over 18 years for Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she led the Project Management and Administrative support functions for Liberty’s Legal department from 2016-2022. She also held a variety of roles across Talent, Safety, Real Estate, Strategy and Operations as project manager, business analyst and consultant.
