Amanda is a managing director, overseeing the Goodwin Experience for the firm’s lawyers and GO! Team professional staff. Amanda joined Goodwin in September 2022 as a seasoned strategist and practitioner in the areas of employer branding, employee experience, and organizational and culture change.
The Goodwin Experience is principally focused on ensuring that members of the Goodwin community experience the firm as a place where they can do engaging work, develop in their careers, be appreciated and recognized, achieve balance and wellness, and feel a sense of inclusion and belonging. In this role, Amanda oversees the firm’s efforts around attorney and GO! Team engagement, alumni relations, career coaching, and volunteerism, in addition to partnering with teams across Goodwin to ensure a cohesive and relevant day-to-day experience.
Professional Activities
Amanda has served on the Board of Trustees for the Professional Children’s School in New York City since 2017 and co-chairs its Governance Committee.
Professional Experience
Most recently, prior to joining Goodwin, Amanda worked for over 10 years at Prophet, a global transformation consultancy, where she was a partner and a leader in its Organization & Culture practice. At Prophet, she led multidisciplinary, global teams to advise clients and design compelling, creative solutions to drive human-centered transformation.
