Grace Boos

Grace Boos is a New Zealand qualified associate in Goodwin’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Financial Industry Litigation practices with experience in high-value contractual and corporate disputes, often with a cross-border element. She is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Disputes group. She has acted for clients across a range of industries, with particular experience in financial services and investment funds disputes and contentious matters arising from insolvency situations. Ms. Boos has acted in English High Court litigation, arbitral proceedings, as well as appearing before the courts of the Cayman Islands and New Zealand.
