Chadwick Boswell

Chadwick Boswell is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Intellectual Property Transactions and Strategies practice. His experience encompasses venture capital financings; intellectual property and licensing transactions; and due diligence and other intellectual property issues in mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Boswell was an associate at Buhler Duggal & Henry LLP and Gibbons P.C., where he counseled clients with respect to a broad array of licensing, intellectual property and commercial matters; privacy matters; venture capital financings; corporate governance issues and mergers and acquisitions.
