Florian Brandelong

Florian Brandelong is an Associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of the Private Equity group. His practice focuses on the structuring, formation, capital raising and operation of Luxembourg and non-Luxembourg funds of various asset classes, including private equity, debt, and infrastructure funds. He also has experience in other capital raising strategies and investments, establishing club deals, co-investment schemes and JVs and generally advising on corporate and PE transactions.

He is fluent in French and English.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Florian trained in an international law firm.
