Dylan Brown primarily represents private equity sponsors and private and public companies and lenders in structuring and negotiating secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition-financings, recapitalizations, refinancings, and restructurings. He has represented clients across a range of industries, including the technology, software, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and retail sectors. He joined Goodwin in 2015.
While attending law school, Dylan was an articles editor for the George Mason Law Review and received the Betty Southard Murphy Book Award in Constitutional Law.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Dylan was an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.
