Harry Brown is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity practice. He joined Goodwin in 2020. Harry counsels private equity and growth equity funds in complex corporate transactions including platform and add-on acquisitions, equity investments, sales, secondaries, general corporate matters relating to portfolio companies and other strategically important transactions. Harry has experience counseling clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, industrials, manufacturing, technology and software.
