Caroline Brownworth leads Goodwin’s Attorney Management + Advancement team. In that role, she oversees the operations of the firm's Partnership Committee and Attorney Review Committee. She also develops and administers the firm’s feedback initiatives. Previously, she was responsible for managing various firmwide training and development programs, with a central focus on the firm’s litigation practices. Caroline was previously a member of the Professional Development Consortium’s Programming Committee and co-chaired the Boston Legal Talent group (the Boston PDC local group).
Caroline joined the firm in 2010 and was previously a senior associate in the Securities Litigation, White Collar Defense & Business Litigation practice. Her practice included representing clients in the financial services, insurance, and mortgage industries in regulatory investigations and litigation, including class actions. Prior to joining Goodwin, Caroline was a staff attorney at the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association. While at VLP, Caroline handled eviction defense and other housing matters and provided training and support to volunteer attorneys.
