Kylie Burke is an associate in Goodwin’s Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. She joined Goodwin in 2025.

Professional Activities
Kylie is admitted to practice in Washington, DC and is a member of the DC Bar Association. She is also a Next-Gen Leadership fellow for the White House Historical Association and an alumni member of the Georgetown Law Early Outreach Initiative (“EOI”).
Previous Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin as an associate, Kylie served as a summer associate in 2023 and 2024 and was the inaugural recipient of the Goodwin-Meta HBCU Scholarship.
In law school, Kylie served as a legal intern for the Department of Justice and held several leadership positions on campus, including Vice President of the Black Law Students Organization. Kylie also worked as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property and Information Policy (“IPIP”) clinic at Georgetown Law where she represented a nationwide non-profit organization.
