Kylie Elexia Burke

Kylie Burke is a law clerk in Goodwin’s Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Kylie joined Goodwin in 2025. Kylie’s application to the District of Columbia bar is pending; her work is supervised by DC admitted lawyers at Goodwin.

Prior to joining Goodwin as an associate, Kylie served as a summer associate in 2023 and 2024. In law school, Kylie served as a legal intern for the Department of Justice and worked as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property and Information Policy (“iPIP”) clinic at Georgetown Law where she represented a nationwide non-profit organization.
