Kathleen Callahan

Kathleen Callahan is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group and a member of the firm’s Government Investigations & Enforcement practice. She represents individuals, companies, and boards of directors in criminal and civil investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and State Attorneys General, among other regulatory agencies. Kathleen regularly defends clients in matters involving state and federal fraud and abuse laws such as the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute and has conducted several internal investigations for corporate clients in the health care, life sciences, and financial services industries.
