Vincent Campanaro

Vincent Campanaro is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and member of its Private Equity and Growth Equity practices. He joined Goodwin in 2021. 

Vincent is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey only. His practice is supervised by D.C.-admitted lawyers at Goodwin.

Vincent practice is devoted primarily to venture capital and growth equity investments across industry sectors. Prior to joining Goodwin, he regularly handled a variety of general corporate matters and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, growth equity investments, and strategic collaborations.

Representative venture capital and growth equity investments include the following:

• Advised a global active health and wellness company as lead investors in a $90 million financing round for a high-quality health supplement company
• Advised a large multinational institutional investor as the lead investor in connection with a $170 million preferred equity investment in a launch vehicle and launch systems technology company*
• Advised a large multinational institutional investor as an investor in connection with a $130 million preferred equity investment in a biopharmaceutical company*
• Advised a large multinational institutional investor as an investor in connection with a $118 million preferred equity investment in a surgical robotics company*
• Advised a large multinational institutional investor as the lead investor in connection with a $110 million preferred equity investment in a legal technology software company*
• Advised a venture capital and growth equity firm as the lead investor in connection with a $15 million preferred equity investment in a leading medical apparel company*
• Advised a molecular diagnostic company in connection with its $9 million preferred equity financing*
• Advised a specialty pharmaceutical company in connection with its $6 million preferred equity financing*
• Advised a financial technology company in connection with a series of preferred equity financings*
• Advised a digital healthcare technology company in connection with a series of preferred equity financings and debt financings*
• Advised a venture capital and growth equity firm as lead investor in connection with a series of preferred equity investments and debt financings in a leading vegan food company*

Prior to joining Goodwin, Vincent was an associate in the Philadelphia offices of Duane Morris LLP and Pepper Hamilton LLP (now Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP). He was also a tax associate in the Philadelphia office of KPMG LLP.
