Chloe Capone

Chloe Capone is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Investment Funds practice and Real Estate Industry group. Chloe’s experience involves advising investment managers on the structuring, formation and ongoing management of funds, co-investments, separate managed accounts and joint ventures in the private equity, real estate, infrastructure and real estate debt sectors. Chloe joined Goodwin in 2021.

Chloe spent eight months on secondment to ICG in 2025.

Chloe’s representative experience includes:

• Ares Management on the structuring and establishment of Ares European Real Estate Fund VI, which raised €2.24bn
• Ares Management on the structuring and establishment of Ares European Property Enhancement Partners III, which raised €1.5bn
• Ares Management on the establishment of various real estate funds, co-investment vehicles
• ICG on the establishment of a number of infrastructure and real estate funds, including ICG Infrastructure Fund II, which raised over €3.15bn, and the establishment of several European co-investment vehicles and SMAs
• Slate Asset Management on the establishment of Slate European Essential Real Estate Income Fund
• A global real estate fund manager on the establishment of a €450m value-add real estate fund investing in Europe
• A global real estate fund manager on the establishment of an open-ended real estate fund investing in the United Kingdom
• A European asset manager on the disposal of a £142m real estate asset and JV exit.
• A global real estate fund manager on the establishment of a real estate debt fund and SMA

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Capone was most recently an associate at Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. She was a trainee solicitor at Greenberg Traurig LLP prior to Kirkland. Ms. Capone was also previously a consultant at BCS Consulting and Deloitte.
