David V. Cappillo

David V. Cappillo is a partner in the firm’s Technology group with a primary focus on advising break-out technology and digital health companies. He also serves as co-chair of the firm’s Healthcare practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital, growth equity and other strategic transactions, corporate governance and securities laws.
