Arman Carretta is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology practice, where he represents startups, growth companies, venture capitalists and growth investors. Mr. Carretta guides companies throughout their lifecycle, from formation and financings through exit planning. He has led financing and M&A transactions for companies in a wide variety of industries, including fintech, crypto and web3, B2B software, proptech and deeptech. He regularly advises companies on company formation and structuring, general corporate counseling, corporate governance, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Carretta also represents venture capital and private equity firms, as well as strategic acquirers in connection with their investments and M&A transactions.
