Julie Carroll is Goodwin’s Manager of Career Coaching, based in the Boston office. She coaches attorneys and GO! Team members to develop clarity and confidence, achieve their career goals, and navigate personal and professional transitions. Julie also specializes in coaching support for attorneys preparing for or returning from parental leave.
Experience
Julie is a certified and credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has over 2,000 hours of coaching and career advising experience. Prior to joining Goodwin, Julie managed a private coaching practice that served clients through executive, career, leadership, and negotiation coaching. She was previously Director of the Career Center and Executive Coaching Program at On Deck, a Series A startup supporting tech entrepreneurs. Julie has additional experience as a coach and career advisor to recent college graduates, career changers, and emerging leaders across industries like professional services, technology, education, banking and finance, and others. She holds a B.A. in History from Harvard University.
