Chris Chuang is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of the firm’s Strategic Technology Transactions and Licensing practice. He represents clients in a broad array of licensing and commercial matters, and analyzes intellectual property issues related to financings, private equity, and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Chuang was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he focused on high-tech litigation. He represented clients in a variety of complex litigation matters involving diverse technologies, including computer software, digital and analog hardware, mobile communication systems, battery technologies, and networking systems.
During law school, Mr. Chuang served as a Senior Annual Review Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Susan Illston of the Northern District of California.Credentials
