Charlotte Cloix is a Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group.
Ms. Cloix focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, with a concentration on leveraged buyouts and private equity transactions. She advises private equity firms, corporates and managers in private and public M&A, restructuring and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Ms. Cloix worked as an associate in the Paris office of King & Wood Mallesons (formerly known as SJ Berwin).
Ms. Cloix is fluent in French and English.
