Caroline Cochenour is Director of Learning + Professional Development based in the Boston office. She is responsible for designing engaging and innovative training and development programs and impactful professional development initiatives with central focuses on the firm’s litigation practices and professional staff. Caroline also manages the firm’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) function.
Professional Activities
Caroline is a member of the Professional Development Consortium, Boston Legal Talent, and NALP and previously served as co-chair of the PDC’s Programming Committee.
Previous Professional Experience
Caroline first joined the firm in 2008. She practiced as an associate in the firm’s Securities Litigation & White Collar group and then served as an Attorney Development Manager focused on mid-level and senior litigation associates. Prior to rejoining Goodwin in 2022, Caroline led the professional development function at multiple national and international firms.
