Stephen Cruz

Stephen Cruz is a Senior Manager on Goodwin’s Pricing & Project Management team. In his role, he helps drive the proposal, budgeting and rate setting efforts for the firm globally. He works with lawyers on managing and implementing their strategic pricing plans for request for proposals (RFPs), matter budgeting, matter management, and a number of other firmwide initiatives. Stephen is passionate about building partnerships in order to create innovative business process solutions while adapting to a continuously evolving market.

Stephen has completed the Legal Pricing Masterclass certificate by Positive Pricing and the Rising Leader Program as a graduate of the Abilitie Law Rising Leader Mini-MBA.
