Brandon J. Cuffy

Brandon Cuffy is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. He joined Goodwin in 2019.

Mr. Cuffy’s practice focuses on private equity investments, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters in a broad range of industries.

Mr. Cuffy is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island only. His practice is supervised by D.C.-admitted lawyers at Goodwin.

Mr. Cuffy is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Cuffy worked as an associate at regional law firms in Boston and Providence, Rhode Island, where he focused his practice on venture capital financings and fund formations.

Mr. Cuffy has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers “Rising Star.”
