Bailey H. Cull is an associate in Goodwin’s Trusts & Estates Planning practice.
In this role, she provides guidance to individuals, families, and fiduciaries in all facets of estate planning, as well as probate and trust administration. Her work in estate planning emphasizes the implementation of advanced strategies designed to manage and preserve wealth, with a focus on minimizing estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Bailey also counsels fiduciaries, including trustees and personal representatives, in the effective administration of trusts and estates.
