Erik Dahl

Erik Dahl is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. His practice focuses on advising private equity clients on complex business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, buyouts, joint ventures, venture capital investing, the formation of private equity funds, debt and equity restructurings, workouts, special opportunities and executive compensation matters.

Mr. Dahl is a native English speaker and fluent in German.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Dahl was a partner at Sidley Austin where he was a member of the Executive Committee and Global Co-head of Private Equity. Previous to Sidley Austin, he was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.
