Michael Damiano

Michael Damiano is a Pricing Manager at Goodwin, where he partners with attorneys and firm leadership to develop strategic pricing solutions for clients and matters. He supports the development of client pricing proposals, matter budgets, alternative fee arrangements, and profitability analyses, providing data-driven insights to support pricing decisions and enhance client value.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2026, Michael worked at Greenberg Traurig as a Senior Pricing Analyst, where he supported firmwide pricing initiatives, including RFPs and client pricing proposals, matter budgeting, alternative fee arrangements, rate negotiations, and profitability analysis and reporting. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Michael worked at Perkins Coie as a Pricing Analyst, where he partnered with attorneys and business professionals on pricing proposals, matter budgets, financial analysis, and strategic pricing initiatives. Michael began his legal industry career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom as a Client Accounting Coordinator, where he supported the financial management of client matters and gained experience in billing, client accounting, and financial reporting.

Michael is a graduate of LIU Post, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Finance.
