Jaiy Dickson

Jaiy Dickson is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department. She joined Goodwin in 2023.

Jaiy is currently the Chief of Staff for the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association and an At-Large Director for the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Board.

During her time in law school, Jaiy held leadership positions on various boards and was an editor for a law review publication.

Jaiy has volunteered with organizations such as TEDx, the Independent Film Festival Boston, and Boston Pride.

Jaiy has recently returned to Goodwin from a 9-month first-year secondment, where she was able to work full time with a Goodwin Client. Jaiy’s prior professional experience has included roles at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, The Moth, Pine Street Inn, and Hyatt Hotels.

In recognition of her commitment to pro bono work, Jaiy earned a place on the Pro Bono Honor Roll of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
