Messan Dogbevi

Messan Dogbevi is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group.

Mr. Dogbevi focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border M&A, with a strong focus on leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions. He advises private equity firms, portfolio companies, founders and management teams in private and public M&A and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Dogbevi worked as a jurist in a Big Four accounting firm, as a legal intern in a Magic Circle law firm and in investment banks in France and Morocco.

Mr. Dogbevi is a member of the Association of the Alumni of the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law.

Mr. Dogbevi is fluent in French and in English.
