Ella Donegan

Ella Donegan is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups in London. Ella advises clients on a range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on transactions in the technology sector. Her experience includes advising investors, companies (ranging from start-ups to large multi-nationals), and management teams on a broad variety of projects including venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate transactions. Prior to becoming a solicitor, Ella worked as a medical doctor in the National Health Service.

Ella is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and is registered with the General Medical Council.

Prior to embarking on a career in law, Ella studied Medicine in London and worked as a doctor in the National Health Service.
