James Donohue, a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and its Private Investment Funds practice, advises clients on the structuring, formation and ongoing management of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds and hedge funds, and their management companies. He joined Goodwin in 2007.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Donohue was a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York. While attending law school, he was a senior compliance analyst at a major financial firm in Boston.
