Griffin Drake is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology group, specializing in all areas of corporate and securities laws with a primary focus on advising emerging-growth technology companies, public company representation, capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Drake joined Goodwin in 2021.
