Sebnem Dugmeoglu

Seb Dugmeoglu is an associate in Goodwin’s Healthcare practice. Seb focuses her practice on health care regulatory and transactional matters, including health care regulatory diligence for acquisitions of physician practices and general regulatory compliance counseling for health care providers and suppliers (such as hospitals, physician practices, and hospices), and private equity funds and other investors. Seb also provides guidance on state and federal fraud and abuse laws, fee-splitting and corporate practice of medicine considerations, licensing issues, reimbursement matters, and health information privacy issues.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Seb was an associate at Reed Smith.
