Thibault Dulac

Thibault Dulac is an associate in Goodwin’s Tax department.

He advises on domestic and international tax matters relating to the structuring of investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, restructurings, and joint ventures. He also assists managers and executives with the tax aspects of these transactions.

His areas of expertise also include advising management companies on the structuring of their investment funds.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Thibault worked as an associate at Paul Hastings and Cazals Manzo.
