Michele A. Eason-Priest is a paralegal specialist in the firm’s Private Equity group and a member of its Debt Finance practice. She supports attorneys in closing debt finance and lending transactions as well as provides assistance with entity formations, mergers and other governmental filings and corporate matters.

Michele began her paraprofessional career in the Silicon Valley office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP, where she spent five years in the corporate practice area before relocating to Southern California. From 2002 to 2004, she functioned as the sole paralegal for the corporate, finance, entertainment, tax, and energy departments in Kaye Scholer LLP’s Los Angeles office. After 12 years spent supporting Buchalter Nemer’s downtown LA bank and finance department, Michele joined Goodwin in 2016.
