Joanna Eilts

Joanna Eilts is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. She specialises in advising private equity funds and corporate clients on cross-border M&A transactions and has worked across a range of sectors including consumer goods & retail, infrastructure investments, technology and healthcare. Joanna joined Goodwin in 2018.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Joanna was an associate in the London and Warsaw offices of Clifford Chance LLP.

• Accel-KKR on its acquisition of Symfonia, a provider of ERP and payroll software solutions for SMEs in Poland
• Cayuse Intermediate Holdings, LLC on its acquisition of Haplo, a global provider of research information management solutions. Cayuse is a market leader in research and administration software, backed by private equity firm Primus Capital
• GTT Communications, Inc. on its sale of its infrastructure business to I Squared Capital for US$2.15 billion. I Squared Capital is an independent global infrastructure investment management firm focusing on energy, utilities, digital infrastructure, transport and social infrastructure
• GTT Netherlands B.V., a subsidiary of GTT Communications Inc., in connection with its €48.5 million acquisition of KPN Eurorings BV
• Capital Dynamics on a number of secondary transactions
• Spice Private Equity (Bermuda) Ltd, on its follow on investments in LEON Restaurants
• ECI Partners on its acquisition of Travel Chapter, a leading marketing platform for holiday lettings in the U.K., from Phoenix Equity Partners
• La Martiniquaise-Bardinet on its acquisition of the Cutty Sark whisky brand by from the Edrington Group
• TA Associates on the disposal alongside the founder of their stake in 10bis.co.il, an Israel-based online B2B food marketplace, to Takeaway.com, the leading food marketplace in continental Europe
• Brandwatch in connection with its cross-border acquisition and combination with Crimson Hexagon, creating a global leader in social intelligence
• Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners on its disposal of a minority stake in Redexis Gas to Universities Superannuation Scheme and ATP*
