Camille Ertel is an associate in the Business Law department at Goodwin and a member of its Private Equity Group. Camille’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, representation of portfolio companies, and other general corporate matters across a broad range of industries including including technology, software, manufacturing, business services, and healthcare.
Camille is passionate about veterans advocacy and previously volunteered at the organization, Pawsitive Action, training service dogs for veterans.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Camille worked at a biotechnology company in Boston and prior to that, at the United States Tennis Association at its National Campus in Orlando, Florida.
While in law school, Camille was a member of the Business Law Society and participated as a student attorney in the Community Business Clinic.
