Gabriel Feinberg

Gabe Feinberg is a regulatory and corporate associate in Goodwin’s Technology group and Digital Currency and Blockchain Technology practice. He concentrates his broad blockchain regulatory and corporate practice representing private Web3 and blockchain-based startups as outside counsel (as well as investors in such companies), including all stages of lifecycle, from formation and pre-launch, to token launch, to venture financings and M&As in conjunction with the issuance of digital assets. He also works as product counsel to assist in design, marketing, utility and functionality analysis with respect to blockchain dapps and distributed network protocols and associated governance and utility tokens and NFTs. Gabe is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Prior to joining Goodwin, Gabriel worked as a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C.
