Kelly Ferree

Kelly Ferree is a law clerk in the firm’s Business Law department. Kelly’s admission to the New York bar is pending and is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin. She joined Goodwin in 2022.

Kelly was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2021. Prior to joining Goodwin, Kelly completed a legal internship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa. While in law school, she served as a Managing Editor of the Journal of Corporation Law.

Prior to law school, Kelly was a litigation paralegal for four years working in personal injury, employment, and commercial litigation for a Midwest regional law firm.

Kelly served as a Regional Director for the Iowa Paralegal Association for one year.

In 2021 Kelly was the Tulane International Baseball Salary Arbitration Written Competition Champion.
