Jared Fine is a partner in the firm's Technology group. He provides practical, strategic advice to emerging companies and investors at all stages of the life cycle. Regularly serving as general counsel to clients, his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and general corporate and securities law, including company formation and seed, venture capital and growth equity financings.
