Ryan Fisher

Ryan Fisher is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department with a focus on private transactions. Ryan joined Goodwin in 2025.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ryan spent several years as a franchise law clerk for major home service, beauty, and restaurant franchisors supported by private equity funds. In those roles, Ryan worked on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and private transactions.
