Poorna Fleurant is Director of Strategic Pricing & Client Value in Goodwin’s Global Operations Team.

In this role, she is responsible for collaborating with the firm’s leadership and together with her team, shape the future of pricing at Goodwin that moves us beyond the billable hour and delivers greater value to clients. This includes designing and executing pricing strategies, translating data to actionable pricing insights, developing playbooks & self-serve resources, and attorney education / training. In this role, Poorna collaborates with other professional staff teams (Client Success, Client Development, Finance, Business Intelligence) to drive adoption to various initiatives relating to pricing and profitability.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Goodwin, Poorna spent over a decade at a global Strategy & Consulting professional services firm. Poorna served several years as Global Lead of Strategic Pricing and Program Management for two of the firm’s key business lines. Additionally, in her time there, Poorna’s work also included large client-facing transformations in the form of M&A Integration or Divestitures (e.g., merger and integration planning, divestiture management, synergy valuation) supporting clients in Consumer Goods, Media, Banking, and Chemicals.

Prior to that, Poorna served several years at a large health insurance firm in Indianapolis, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. In that role, Poorna’s responsibilities ranged from Chief of Staff to the Operations Lead, Underwriter, and IT Advisor.
