Representative Matters

  • Represented a national restaurant chain in an interlocutory appeal before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in a putative class action arising from alleged violations of California’s mislabeling law
  • Briefed and argued an appeal before the Massachusetts Appeals Court on behalf of one of the world’s largest biotechnology companies and securing a complete dismissal of a product liability case and appellate attorney’s fees by successfully arguing to uphold the state high court’s initial dismissal and the lower court’s denial of the motion for relief from judgment
  • Secured a complete motion to dismiss in a securities class action case on behalf of a large multinational operator of membership warehouse clubs and its former executives. The case, brought in the South District of California, centered on allegations that the company mislead the public about its performance, among other missteps
