Sloane Forbush is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. She represents clients in complex civil litigation in both federal and state courts and in government investigation proceedings. Her practice has encompassed antitrust litigation involving price fixing, monopolization, and tying claims under both federal and state antitrust laws.
Sloane has an active pro bono practice and represents clients in post-conviction proceedings.
Previous Professional Experience
Prior to law school and joining Goodwin, Sloane worked across various industries, including law and public affairs, and for a wellness startup.
During law school, Sloane worked on civil rights issues in Brooklyn Law School’s LGBTQ Advocacy Clinic and interned for the Urban Justice Center’s Safety Net project. Additionally, she was a Health Law & Policy fellow, a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, and an Articles Editor for Brooklyn Law Review.
