Adam Fovent is an associate in Goodwin’s Boston office. Adam advises financial institutions, fintechs, and corporations on complex transactional and financial regulatory matters, with a particular focus on over the counter derivatives products and all aspects of CFTC regulation of derivatives market participants.
Adam regularly represents clients in the digital asset space, including with SEC and CFTC regulatory advice and in the negotiation of institutional digital asset custody and trading documentation.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Adam was an associate in the derivatives and financial regulatory groups of two other leading US law firms, and previously served as law clerk to the President of the New South Wales Court of Appeal in Australia.
