Sydney France

Sydney France is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and is a member of the Private Equity group. Sydney’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, representation of portfolio companies, and other corporate advisory matters across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2026, Sydney was a corporate associate in the Boston office of another international law firm.
