Lianne F. Frydendal

Lianne is an associate in the Litigation department at Goodwin. She joined Goodwin in 2024.

During law school, Lianne worked as a legal extern at Kaiser Permanente, and as a legal intern with the California Department of Justice, Office of Attorney General. From 2017 to 2021, Lianne was a litigation paralegal at Latham & Watkins LLP, especially helping to represent corporations, officers and directors, financial services, professional services, and accounting firms in financial fraud cases. Prior to joining big law, Lianne worked as a tax paralegal, helping to represent individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and California Franchise Tax Board.
