Lana Gandler

Lana Gandler is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity (M&A) group. She represents large and middle-market private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and platform and add-on acquisitions. Lana joined Goodwin in 2026.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Lana practiced for several years as a corporate associate at a large international law firm in New York.
